1. Exchanges
Pieces bought from Bait Al Diblah can be exchanged for another piece. We offer exchanges rather than returns.
2. Custom orders
Pieces made to order for you, including custom and bespoke designs, cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Condition of the piece
The piece should be in its original condition, together with any certificates and documents supplied with it.
4. How to request an exchange
Contact us and quote your order number. Our team will confirm that the piece is eligible and arrange the next steps with you.
