Terms of Service

1. Prices

Prices are in Omani rials (OMR) and include 5% VAT. When a piece is on sale, the sale price is shown next to the regular price. Prices can change; the price confirmed with you when we confirm your order is the price you pay.

2. Orders and payment

No payment is taken on this website. When you place an order, it reaches our team as a request. We contact you to confirm availability, the final total and delivery, and to arrange payment. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we tell you; if you have already paid for it, we refund that payment in full.

3. Product information

Each product page lists the metal, purity, weight and stone details of the piece. If you have a question about a piece before ordering, please contact us and we will help.

4. Delivery and collection

We deliver within Oman with insured shipping. Delivery is free on orders of OMR 500 or more; below that a delivery fee of OMR 5 applies. We agree the delivery date with you when we confirm your order. You can also collect your order from our showroom. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer returns. Eligible pieces can be exchanged as described in our Exchange Policy.

6. Custom orders

Pieces made to your design or specification are final: they cannot be exchanged or returned.

7. Your account

Please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, except where Omani law does not allow this to be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the Omani courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
