Where we deliver

We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman. Every delivery is insured until it reaches you.

Delivery cost

• Free delivery on orders of OMR 500 or more.
• OMR 5 delivery fee on smaller orders.

Prices on the site already include 5% VAT.

When it arrives

When you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm it and agree a delivery date. You can choose a preferred date at checkout and we will confirm it with you. Custom pieces are made to order, so their timing is agreed with you individually.

Collect from our showroom

You can collect your order from our showroom at Muscat Grand Mall (Al Khuwair), G Floor, opposite Hypermax, Muscat 133, Oman. We are open daily, 9 AM – 10 PM.

Exchanges

We do not offer returns; eligible pieces can be exchanged. See our Exchange Policy.
