Bait Al Diblah (“we”, “us”) runs baitaldiblah.com and our showroom in the Sultanate of Oman. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

- Orders and requests: the pieces you ask about or order, your order history, and the preferences you share with us.
- Messages and consultations: WhatsApp, email and phone conversations with us, and video consultation bookings.
- Website usage: pages viewed, products browsed or saved, and device and browser information, collected with cookies as described below.
We do not take card payments on this website, so we never receive or store your card details here.
2. How we use it
- To answer your enquiries, confirm and deliver your orders, and arrange exchanges.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send order updates and, only if you agree, news and offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies keep your cart and sign-in working. With your consent, we also use:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure visits and how the site is used.
- Marketing cookies from advertising partners such as Google and Meta, to measure and improve our advertising.

4. Who we share it with
- Delivery partners, to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Omani commercial and tax law requires. Other account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve any questions.

- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law.
- Stop marketing messages at any time by contacting us.
